- You may use the bodyshop of your choice, you do not have to use the repairer reccomended by the insuranace company or broker, you have a legal right to make your own choice.
- You only have to present one estimate to your insurance company.
- If the accident was not your fault, we may be able to provide a replacement vehicle free of charge.
